If you cancel the course booking within 7 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course, you are entitled to a full refund of the paid price.
If you have started a course or passed the 7 days cancellation period, you may transfer to a course of equal or lesser value within 1 hour of the course start time.
Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 7-day cancellation period, are subject to the below:
Terms and Conditions:
- Training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
- Students have 90 days to complete an online course.
- Orders placed under a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this.
- Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value.
- If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must make the payment for the additional course fee at the time of transfer.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees because of this reimbursement.
